A cycle sportive series made by and for local Hampshire cyclists. Set up by Odiham Cycle Club & 1st Gear Cycles, the Hampshire Tour Series combines local knowledge with a fun and friendly club atmosphere, not to mention the invaluable motorcycle marshals and the famous cake stops.
Tour of Silchester
After a successful maiden event in 2023, we are returning to our newest event, the Tour of Silchester for 2024. Based in Yateley, Hampshire, the routes are centred around its namesake, the historic site of Silchester, an ancient Roman settlement and ampitheatre, the remains of which still exist today.
The 30 and 50 mile routes takes riders West, skirting the Berkshire border as it winds through a network of rolling, peaceful country roads out to Silchester before heading for home. Keep an eye out on this page, our Facebook page or sign up to our newsletter to keep up with event details.

Tour of the Candovers
The Tour of the Candovers, in it’s 9th year, is a cycle sportive originally set up by the friendly folks at Odiham Cycle Club to encourage members of the Hampshire & surrounding areas cycle community come together and enjoy the fantastic cycling routes on our doorstep. With routes of 20, 40 and 60 miles, The Tour of the Candovers has something for everyone as well as the friendly and social atmosphere of a local bike ride.
All proceeds of The Tour of the Candovers go toward our long term friends over at Naomi House & Jack’s Place, ensuring not only a fantastic day out on the bikes, but something is given back to the community as a result. Tour of the Worthys
Becoming a real fan favourite of the Hampshire Tour Series, the Tour of the Worthys takes in more of the Hampshire hills and scenic country lanes, the Worthy’s route starts in Kings Worthy and tours the surrounding areas of Kings Worthy and Martyr Worthy.
With a choice of 30 and 50 mile routes available, The Tour of the Worthys will be sure to challenge even the toughest of cyclists with its rolling hills, with the same friendly and social atmosphere you’ll always get from the Hamshire Tour Series team.
